Tracking Your Order


All our deliveries are undertaken by Parcelforce(fed ex) free of charge and you can go to www.parcelforce.com to track your order with the tracking number provided by us.

What if I am not in on the delivery day?

A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unable to receive the goods our drivers will try a neighbour and leave you a contact card to rearrange delivery. The goods will be held at a local depot. If you are not available at the second chosen delivery date, you may need to pick up the order by yourself.
